Before calling please read the basic troubleshooting steps for your type of internet connection below:

WIRELESS TROUBLESHOOTING

Check power injector light: Make sure the radio has power. If not, please connect the injector to a different power outlet.
Restart wireless radio: Disconnect the power injector and wait 2 MINUTES. After that time, reconnect the power. It will take the radio up to 5 minutes to reconnect to the access tower.
Restart your router: Disconnect the router power and wait 2 MINUTES. After that time, reconnect the power to the router.
