ADSL TROUBLESHOOTING

Check modem lights

Make sure the modem has power with the cord that came with your modem. Other types of power cords are know to cause problems.
Check the DSL light on the modem

If DSL light is on, the modem is connected. If not, first try restarting the modem by cyling power off (30 seconds) then back on.
Check the INTERNET light on the modem

If INTERNET light is on, the modem is connected to the internet. The problem is most likely a Wifi issue inside your house. If not, first try restarting the modem by cyling power off (30 seconds) then back on.
